The best thing for me is that L W Cole Electrical is a family run business. Everyone here has a great sense of commitment and accountability. We all work as a team and have great respect for each other and our customers and suppliers.

One of the biggest challenges for me to getting to grips with new systems that I had never used before. I’m very lucky that I have supportive colleagues at L W Cole Electrical who showed me everything I needed to know.
The biggest achievement is always when customers are happy and grateful for what you’ve done to help them.
